FAQ
How will I receive my photos and what is the turnaround time?
Final images will be delivered to you via a private online gallery where you can download, share, order high-quality prints, and more! The turnaround time is four to six weeks and I will keep you updated on the progress.
Do you collect a deposit?
I do require a 30% deposit at the time of booking for all couples sessions. The deposit secures the date and time of your session. I will not book any other weddings on your scheduled date and for this reason, the deposit is non-refundable. Your deposit can be applied to another date and time if you reschedule within 5 days of your date. With less than 5 days notice, a new deposit for the same amount will need to be paid to hold a new date. If you have paid more than the deposit, I will pay you back that portion.
What if I am not comfortable in front of the camera?
This is about your relationship and capturing it authentically. This is a collaboration, a partnership, a safe space to share ideas and bring your vision to life. Of course I am there to provide guidance and direction, but I promise you, there is no right or wrong. The goal is to capture your personalities and your love in the most unscripted way possible. You can’t mess up. How freeing is that?!
Do you provide the unedited, RAW files as well?
I do not provide the unedited, RAW files. The RAW files are like a blank canvas. They are unfinished and not a fair representation of my work.
